Services
We provide WordPress website design and related digital services as described on our website.
Payment
Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeline
Our estimated turnaround is approximately 72 hours after payment has been received and all required materials have been submitted.
The 72-hour delivery estimate begins only after payment has been received and all required project materials have been submitted, including but not limited to logos, written content, images, business information, and completed intake forms.
Delays in providing content, logos, photos, approvals, or other required information may extend the delivery timeline.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, logos, images, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project.
Revisions
Each website package includes one round of revisions.
Additional revisions or requests outside the original project scope may incur additional fees.
Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and client-provided content transfers to the client, excluding any third-party licensed assets.
Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own domain registration, hosting, and any third-party subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, downtime caused by third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
