We strive to provide a smooth and professional experience for every client.
Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund if no work has begun on the project.
After Work Begins
Because website design is a custom digital service, refunds are not available once work has begun.
Project Delays
If project delays occur because required materials have not been provided by the client, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
The 72-hour delivery estimate begins only after payment has been received and all required project materials have been submitted, including but not limited to logos, written content, images, business information, and completed intake forms.
Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, payment already made is non-refundable.
Revisions
One revision round is included with every website package.
Additional revisions beyond the included revision may require an additional fee.
